Dignity, Rights and Virtues in the Department of Values

The chapter aims to show that dignity is not an empty concept but it adds something to other values and this is reflected in Dworkin holistic approach to values. Last Dworkin's project is to transcend the language of rights to a new political perspective in which responsibility and virtues are crucial. But this is problematic for Dworkin's engagement to liberalism.

Este artículo atiende la manera en que Ronald Dworkin –como H. L. A. Hart y John Rawls, a quienes él sigue– enuncia el fundamento de los derechos humanos.
